Dough:Mix 550-600g flour,10g sugar, 10g salt.Add 300ml warm water,150ml warm milk,1-2 tbsp oil.Knead into a smooth dough, cover,and rise for 1hour. Filling: Blend 3 tomatoes,1pepper, 2 green peppers,1onion, 3garlic cloves,and the white part of 2-3spring onions.Chop parsley and green part of spring onions.Mix with 300g minced beef, 300g minced lamb,1.5tsp oregano,1tsp dried mint,0.5 tsp pepper,1.5 tsp salt,1.5 tbsp paprika paste,100ml oil,300ml strained tomatoes. Assembly:Shape dough into small patties, roll out thinly.Spread filling evenly.Bake in oven.
