ARTIST INSPIRATION: When researching my cities, I fell in love with the Gateway Arch in. St. Louis's. A beautiful sculpture, the modern landmark juxtaposes the old St. Louis Courthouse in the city center. The background is a rich teal and shades of greens, blues, rusty orange, and red are used to complete the skyline. The steamboat gives the scene a bit of character from Old St. Louis.
