Moong Dal Chilla Waffles are derived from the Moong Dal Chilla. The Cheela are our go to for weeknight meals. It is healthy and contains protein and so filling. I love this dish when I am watching my calories and also when I want to give a high protein meal to my son. I kept it simple and added panner and cilantro but you can choose to add more veggies.
