In many cases, students with TS will attempt to suppress their tics to avoid negative attention from others. Token reward system is a powerful tool for behaviour management. Your student chooses a picture of his reinforcer from the choice board and places it on the Velcro space provided. Stars are given for correct responses by the teacher until the student earns all the stars to gain the reinforcer they’ve chosen. This positive reinforcement system is great for kids with Autism, Special ED, ADHD, Downs syndrome and is used by teachers, therapist and parents. They also provide structure in your behaviour support plans and run in conjunction with ABA management'. I've created 4 different levels of "working for" cards in both black and white and colour.
