30min · 3 servings Ingredients • * 15-20 medium shrimps • * 3 tbsp of cornstarch • * 2 egg whites • * 1 tsp of Salt • * Pepper to taste • * 6 slices of white bread Instructions • 1. Smash your shrimp/finely mince it. • 2. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cornstarch & egg whites to the mixture. • 3. Cut the ends off the slices of bread and add the shrimp mixture onto each slice. Add another slice of bread to top it off. • 4. Fry on medium heat on each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. • 5. Make sure to drain over paper towels or a drying rack. • 6. Serve with a side of spicy Mayo (sriracha & kewpie mayonnaise) and sweet chili sauce.
