Cut your mushroom into thirds and slice cross sections into the mushroom. • 2. Lightly cook until golden brown and melt butter into pan so the mushroom can absorb. • 3. Wrap in seaweed with rice and season with Yang Nyeom Jang. • * I don’t salt the mushrooms because the sauce is salty on its own.
