Lancia’s Flaminia entered production in 1957 with an updated version of the Aurelia’s V-6 engine and rear-mounted transaxle, and a modern front suspension replacing Lancia’s traditional sliding pillars. In addition to the factory-built Berlina, Flaminias were available as a Pinin Farina-bodied coupé, GT and GT convertible from Touring, and the Zagato-built Sport, featuring their classic rakish lines and double-bubble roof.
