Easy Vegetable Rice Recipe by Mersha 1 tablespoon of olive oil • 2 tablespoons of minced red onion • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic • 1 heaping tablespoon of better than bouillon roasted chicken (has salt) • 16 oz of frozen vegetables 2 cups of cooked jasmine rice (cook according to package) Method • Heat oil, then sauté onion for about a min, then add in garlic for about 30 secs on medium heat • Then add in frozen vegetables and cook for about 4 mins, stirring occasionally. • Stir in better bouillon and cook for 30 secs. • Add in cooked rice and stir until vegetables and rice are combined Serve and Enjoy
