How can there be a co-eternal Son when the Bible speaks of the begotten Son, clearly indicating that the Son had a beginning? For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16). It is impossible, but Trinitarians have been trying to force this notion into the Bible since The Council of Nicaea in 325 AD.
