Makes 8-12 balls Ingredients: 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (or gluten-free oats) 1/4 cup ground flaxseed meal 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (if tolerated) A pinch of sea salt 1/2 cup creamy almond butter 1/4 cup honey 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract, optional 1/4 cup dried blueberries 1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut Directions: 1. In a large bowl, combine oats, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, and salt. 2. Place the almond butte
