As investigações correm em segredo de Justiça. Até o momento, segundo o G1, três suspeitos de participação no assassinato foram indiciados por homicídio doloso: o servente de pedreiro Júlio César Lima Ergesse e o casal Bruno Marcel de Oliveira e Mayara Borges de Abrantes. "A gente fica aliviada em saber que responderão pelo que fizeram, mas se viram que pegaram por engano, por que não a deixaram voltar para casa? Se falasse: 'não fale nada', eu não falaria. Só queria minha filha aqui comigo", disse Rosa. "Até quando o tráfico de drogas vai matar? É triste, é doloroso", prosseguiu. O CASO Vitória Gabrielly, de 12 anos, saiu de casa para andar de patins em 8 de junho e não voltou. Ela foi encontrada morta uma semana depois em uma região de mata de Araçariguama.
