Students sketch and label a scene from their favorite TV show or movie. This resource includes 5 slightly different versions of the activity to give flexibility and allow for differentiation, including one that can be used as a writing activity. The different versions included are: TV with labeling instructions to sketch a minimum of 10 items. TV with labeling instructions to sketch a minimum of 5 items. TV with labeling instructions and a blank for the number of items to sketch. TV without any labeling instructions. TV without any instructions with lines on the screen for writing. Uses and ideas for this activity: Use as a practice activity when television vocabulary is introduced. Use as a fun speaking activity when students present their completed sketches to their classmates. Decorate the hall or a bulletin board with these colorful creations.
