update 更新~3/10/2018 好久没吃着暖身暖胃的*姜丝麻油鸡*, 香脆姜丝,麻油绍兴酒香味, 加上走地鸡肉质甜又有口感, 今晚晚餐就是赞! 雨天晚餐,来份简单暖胃的*姜丝麻油鸡* 麻油鸡与绍兴酒的香味, 再搭配多多脆口的姜丝, 今晚又加饭了! 材料: 鸡腿 4只,洗净切块,用少许酱油和胡椒粉混合均匀 文冬姜丝 80克 麻油 3大匙 水 适量 调味料: 酱油 2~3大匙 绍兴酒 3大匙 做法: 1.麻油倒入锅内,以中火爆香姜丝至金黄色,捞起一半沥干油备用。 2.将鸡肉块倒入锅内与其余的姜丝一起快速翻炒1分钟,加入酱油继续翻炒2分钟。 3.倒入适量的水和绍兴酒,盖上锅盖,以中小火焖煮至鸡肉全熟约10~15分钟即可熄火上碟。 4.再麻油鸡上撒上姜丝即可与白饭一起趁热享用。 Ingredients: 4pcs drumsticks, chopped in pieces & marinate with some soya sauce & white pepper. 80g shredded Bentong ginger 3 tablespoon sesame oil adequate water Seasoning: 2~3 tablespoon soya sauce 3 tablespoon Shao Xing cooking wine Method: 1. Pour sesame oil into a wok, saute shredded ginger under medium heat until golden brown, ladle out half of the ginger out, drained & set aside. 2. Put in the chicken, stir fry for a minute together with remain shredded ginger in the wok, add in soya sauce & continue to cook for 2 minutes. 3. Add in adequate of water & cooking wine, simmer for 10~15 minutes or until chicken well cooked. 4. Garnish with remain fried shredded ginger on the top, and served hot with white rice.
