My diet is 100% organic and I eat 99% of my meals at home. I cook with, what I call, “one ingredient foods”; meaning that everything I eat can be found naturally occurring on earth and is in no way, shape, or form processed. Since eliminating vegetable and seed oils and processed or pre-packaged foods from my diet I have lost 35 pounds, naturally, eating anything I want! I don’t deny myself any treats but if I opt to have something commonly labeled, “bad” (for example: cookies, cake, ice cream, French fries, etc).. I make them myself, using 100% organic ingredients! I make these videos to showcase that eating healthy and organic doesn’t have to be restrictive and that cooking at home doesn’t have to be hard!
