15min · 4 servings Ingredients • 1 head of cauliflower • 1 cup flour • 1 cup dairy free milk (plain, unsweetened) • 1 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp onion powder • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika • 1/2 tsp black pepper • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce Directions • Cut cauliflower into bite sized pieces • Wash and dry thoroughly • Mix flour, dairy free milk, and seasonings to make the batter • Dip cauliflower pieces in the batter and then toss in panko breadcrumbs • Place cauliflower pieces into air fryer basket and be sure that they do not overlap • Air fry on 400 for 7 minutes, then flip and continue for another 3 minutes • Remove cauliflower from air fryer and toss in BBQ sauce • Serve immediately Enjoy this delicious and healthy recipe!
