Considering energy can never be destroyed, and the fact that the universe is ever-expanding, we have two opposing yet fundamental thought systems to choose between: One is to try and restrict time by attempting to control and plan for every passing minute, hour, day and month. Another - which is my thought system of choice - is to not let the difference of a few hours, even years deter us from our life's goals. We can stress about never getting enough done, or we can embrace the fact that time will never stop slowing down - and not let the worries that normally come along with running out of time bother us on a daily basis.
