Recipe: • Sauté shrimp in a skillet with butter & garlic • Let shrimp cool, then cut each into small bites • Bring to a bowl & mix in 1tbsp spicy mayo • I used a 6oz ramekin: add shrimp, avocado, diced cucumbers, green onions, drizzle of spicy mayo • **For the rice I did a shortcut, using a 1min jasmine cup & mixing 1tsp furikake seasoning. Next time I’ll make sushi rice in my rice cooker :) Your choice, whatever works for you😉 • Smash the rice down so everything can stick well together • Cover ramekin with a plate & gently flip • Gently lift up ramekin • Top with siracha, spicy mayo, furikake seasoning & green onions
