I'm already mentally calculating how quickly I can relive all seven seasons—full-day binge sessions will have the series done in about nine days, if you're curious—but also thinking about how fun it will be to watch the show from an age closer to Lorelai's, as opposed to Rory's, this time around. To relive the Lorelai/Luke/Christopher love triangle... While I'm definitely #TeamLuke (though the show predates hashtags), adult-me finds his character somewhat misleading: When I was old enough to patronize the diner in my small Connecticut hometown by myself, it was a BIG letdown to discover that not all diner owners are as cute or charming as Luke Danes. ...and Rory's relationships with Dean, Jess, and Logan. One first boyfriend, one bad boy, and one college love. When the series first started, I had experienced none of those. This time around, I've had all three.
