1hr 40min · 20 servings Ingredients: • * 1/2 cup rice (I used basmati rice, soaked overnight) • * 2-litre whole milk • * 1 can of evaporated milk full fat • * 1 1/2 can of condensed milk • * 1/2 cup Nido powder • * 4 to 5 cardamon seeds( freshly crushed) • * 1 tbsp kewra essence • Method : • 1. Rinse rice and soak overnight. • 2. The next day, In a heavy bottom pot, add milk and evaporated milk. Place it on the flame to bring it to a full boil. • 3. When the milk starts to simmer remove the form on the top with the help of a spoon. • 4. Drain out the water from the rice and mash between your hands to break them into small pieces. • 6. Add freshly crushed cardamom( remove the skin) and rice to the simmering milk. Stir really well. • 7. Let it simmer until the rice
