Ingredients • 1 block firm tofu • Juice of one lemon • 1 garlic clove, minced • 1 tbsp white miso • 2 tbsp water • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast • 2 tbsp water • 1 tbsp olive oil Salt & pepper to taste For the toppings • Cucumber • Mint • Dill • Lemon Zest • Roasted Garlic Olive Oil Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend for 3 minutes until the spread has a fluffy consistency.
