20min · 14 servings Ingredients : • 1 cup rolled oats • 1 tablespoons flax meals • 2 tablespoons chia seeds • ½ cup peanut butter • 2 tablespoons date syrup • 2 tablespoons maple syrup • 1 tablespoon cacao powder • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips • 1 teaspoon coconut oil Instructions: • Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth and a dough is formed. Roll into balls with about 1 tablespoon for each. • Add dark chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl and melt in the microwave for two 30-seconds intervals until smooth. Drizzle chocolate over the balls and place them in the refrigerator for 10 minutes until chocolate hardens.
