Recipe: 1️⃣ Soak 3/4 cup tutti frutti, 1/4 cup chopped dates, 1/4 cup chopped dried apricot, 1/4 cup raisins, 1/8 cup chopped dried figs, 1/8 cup dried cranberries with 2/4 cup pulp free orange juice in an air right container for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator. 2️⃣ To a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup oil and 1/3 cup brown sugar and mix well. Add 1 cup yogurt/ dahi and 1 tsp vanilla essence and mix well. 3️⃣ Through a sieve, add 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder, 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder, 1/8 tsp ginger powder, 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda. 4️⃣ Add chopped nuts of your choice.
