Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Pie with Peanut Butter and Fudge Ingredients • 4 cups chocolate chip cookies • 4 tbsp butter, melted, I used a dairy free • 48oz vanilla ice cream, I used a dairy free • 1 cup creamy peanut butter Line a 8" round springform pan with seran wrap (making the strings long enough to cover the top when done). Roughly crumble 2 cups of the chocolate chip cookies and spread in the bottom of the springform pan. Pour the melted butter on top and lightly press down. Place the peanut butter in the microwave until slightly melted, pour on top of the cookie layer, then add the ice cream, press down some, add a couple of ladles of the chocolate fudge (recipe below) and pour on top. Sprinkle the other two cups of cookies on top. Wrap the top in ceran wrap and freez
