Happy Thanksgiving to all my fine Flickr friends. Baking pies for our family's Thanksgiving dinner is a tradition I truly love. My family has come to expect the pies, so there's no getting out of it now! LOL As I was piling the homemade apple filling (enhanced with pears, dried cranberries and pecans) into the pastry crust, it made me feel thankful for so many things in my life.
