40min · 3 servings Ingredients • Dozen Blue Crabs • Old Bay Season (garlic & herb) • Salt • Adobe • Cajun Season • Butter • Garlic ( 1 bulb) • Garlic Paste • Dried Parsley • Green Chilli or Red Chili (approx 5) • Cayenne Pepper (if you want heat) • Chicken Stock • Heavy Cream Cooking Instructions • Bring water/Chicken Stock to a boil (just enough to cover crabs) • Add your old bay season, salt, adobe to water/chicken stock mixture • Let crabs boil for 20-25 min (depending on heat source electric -vs Gas) • While crabs are boiling in a sauce pan melt butter (approx 2 sticks) on very low heat (don’t burn the butter‼️) chop of garlic very fine ( or put in the food processor) add to your butter, add garlic paste to your taste. Turn off the heat and let the gar
