Sarah McMenemy was commissioned by European property developer Ballymore to create illustrations about the new Sea Gardens community of Bray, Ireland. Featured on the Sea Gardens website and brochure, her watercolor illustrations paint an idealistic picture of the coastal lifestyle that this newly developed community offers to home buyers.
