There are 35 species of iguana in the world. Most of them live in warm, tropical areas near the equator. Despite some species moving into areas where they're not native to (such as the Green, Black-Tailed and Mexican iguana in Floirda) iguana are some of the most endangered reptiles on the planet, due to habitat loss. This poster print features fine art illustrations of various species of iguana. Species included: BLACK SPINY-TAILED IGUANA (Ctenosaura similis) DESERT IGUANA (Dipsosaurus dorsalis) GALAPAGOS LAND IGUANA (Conolophus subcristatus) GREEN IGUANA (Iguana iguana) GRAND CAYMAN BLUE IGUANA (Cyclura lewisi) MARINE IGUANA (Amblyrhynchus cristatus) RHINOCEROS IGUANA (Cyclura cornuta) The unframed artwork is printed on sturdy, water color block style paper. Print is signed on the back, but can be signed on the front by the artist on request. All images are scientifically accurate and expertly drawn by wildlife artist Roger Hall, who has been working in the field for over 20 years for such noted organizations as National Geographic, Scholastic Books, Sunset Magazine and World Wildlife Fund.
