A handmade PRESCHOOL GRADUATE cardstock paper banner to decorate your party. Great way to celebrate your little ones accomplishment! Each pennant measures 4" wide and 5 1/2" length. This is a two string banner. Each strung banner measures from the first pennant to the last pennant at approximately 40" but the pennants are movable so you can make it appear longer, if needed.
