In a large bowl, mix together all of the wet ingredients (first 5 ingredients). 2. Add in the dry ingredients, except for the carrots, walnuts, and raisins, and mix again. 3. Stir in the carrots, walnuts, and raisins and mix until combined. 4. Pour batter into a parch
