These charming French vintage door plates are designed to go either side of a door and include fixing holes, you will just need to find some suitable screws. Glazed in a glossy black finish, they have a gold coloured boarder. Plain and simple and incredibly stylish, these will protect your doors from all the fingers and hands which open them. They will look charming in any Victorian era home and an ideal gift for anyone with a love of vintage and they could also be the perfect prop for a period production. In VERY GOOD vintage condition with no cracks or chips and only very minor signs of age. There are very light surface marks, expected for something of this age and some of the gold boarder is worn away. Personally I prefer vintage pieces to show their age, they would not look as good if they appeared brand new.
