Summer is very hot and miserable. I feel so bad for my dog who has to wear a fur coat through it. As I sit here and watch my dog pant trying to cool off, I got to thinking, "what can I do to help her cool off"? I decided to make her a doggie popsicle, because who doesn't like popsicles in the summer?
