I l just love them so much 🤤 They’re super delicious and so easy to make, perfect for the warm weather (while it lasts… 🙃) Sound on for full instructions 🔉 All you need is: 120g cream cheese, room temp • 30g icing sugar • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2 fresh peaches • 1 sheet ready roll puff pastry • Peach or apricot jam • Egg wash (1 small egg + 1 tsp water) • Granulated sugar for sprinkling For the glaze: • 40g Icing sugar • 1/2 tbsp milk Makes 8 Bake 200C/(180C fan) 10-12 mins - you can serve them warm or cold. I left mine to cool slightly before drizzling on the glaze 🥰 Air fry 170C 8-10 mins Best served fresh! Feel free to cut the pastry in half and half
