They have made me look for other beautiful outfits from that era to get some inspiration for my new line of period dresses. I have made this dress inspired by beautiful evening dress by Madame Jeanne Paquin made during The belle Epoque / Gilded Age. This gorgeous dress is made of old gold shade delicate, silky chiffon (shimmering in two shades - green and gold), gold satin, fully lined with netting. Beautifully finished with cherry blossoms, silver beading, sating ribbons and vintage laces.
