You should definitely give this recipe a try next time you’re craving Pasta ♥️ Here’s what you’ll need to make this at home☺️ Ingredients : • Spinach - 1 Cup • Basil - 1/2 Cup • Any Pasta of choice, I’m using macaroni- 3/4th Cup/ 70g- you can add upto a cup of pasta as well (100 grams) • Milk of choice - 1/2 Cup • Butter - 1 Tablespoon • Olive Oil - 1/2 Tablespoon • Garlic - 4 Cloves • Chilli Flakes - 1/2 Teaspoon • Cashews (Soaked in hot water for 20 minutes) - 2 Tablespoons • Cherry Tomatoes (Halved) - 1/2 Cup • Salt & Pepper - to taste Parmesan Cheese - to garnish Process : • In a pot - blanch spinach with basil leaves in boiling water (for 30-60 seconds) & transfer them into a bowl of ice cold water
