"Bamba" is one of my favorite snacks, It’ll always remind me of home, Give me a festive feeling, Make me happy, Excite me, And will make me addicted to every bite. When I have a bag of "Bamba" at home I won't stop thinking about it until I eat it. It's a taste that reminds me of Israeli summer childhood, "Bamba" crumbs on the cheeks after a fun-filled visit to the sea or the amusement park. This is "Bamba", Accompanying us Israelis in many moments in life. So I decided to make my own version of it, Honestly, I didn't imagine it would turn out so amazing. And it turned out to be one that the heart falls in love with until the end of the world and beyond. So here’s my version of "Bamba", Even the bite is almost as crumbly as the original. The saltiness is refined, The peanut butter tastes wonderful. And it's a bite you remember for a long, long time ❤️ Happy and joyful snacking days to us all :)   "Bamba” (Peanut Butter Snack) Ingredients: suitable for between 50-70 “Bambas”, depends on the size 1 cup natural peanut butter 1¼ cups almond flour ¼-½ teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons maple syrup ½ teaspoon baking powder Steps: Preheat the oven to 355°F (180°C) turbo mode (Static mode is also possible), and line a baking pan with parchment paper. In a bowl, put all dry ingredients: almond flour, salt and baking powder and mix well. To the dry mixture, add the peanut butter and maple syrup and mix well until the mixture is uniform and slightly sticky and easy to work with. If the mixture crumbles, add 1-4 tablespoons of peanut butter. If the mixture is sticky, add 1-4 tablespoons of almond flour. Roll a small ball of dough from the mixture and make a small "Bamba" out of it, repeat this action again with the rest of the dough mixture. Arrange the "Bambas" in the baking pan. Put the pan in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until they become slightly golden. Cool a little and gobble them quickly. A little extra from me: The “Bambas” can be kept in a sealed box on the counter for 3 days. Unfortunately, there is no substitute for maple syrup and you can't omit it from this recipe. Almond flour can be substituted for oat flour, the texture will be a little different and less crumbly. You can use either smooth or crunchy peanut butter.

אין אדם בעולם שלא אוהב לנשנש, יש את אנשי הנשנושים המלוחים, ויש את אלה שחזק במתוקים, יש את האחדים שאוהבים לשלב בין השניים. ויש את הגאונים שחייבים מיד אחרי נשנוש מתוק נשנוש מלוח וככה הם נהנים משני העולמות במקביל. ״במבה״ הוא אחד הנשנושים האהובים עליי, הוא תמיד יזכיר לי בית, יעניק לי תחושה של מסיבה, ישמח אותי, ירגש אותי, ויגרום לי להתמכר לכל ביס. כשיש לי שקית ״במבה״ בבית אני לא אפסיק לחשוב עליה עד שלא אוכל אותה. זה טעם שמזכיר לי ילדות קיץ ישראלית, פירורי ״הבמבה״ על הלחיים אחרי ביקור מלא בכיף בים או בגן השעשועים. כזו היא ״במבה״, מלווה אותנו הישראלים במלא רגעים בחיים. אז החלטתי לעשות לה גרסה משלי, באמת, לא דמיינתי שהיא תצא כל כך מדהימה. והיא יצאה אחת כזו שהלב מתאהב בה עד סוף העולם ומעבר לו. אז קבלו את גרסת ״הבמבה״ שלי, אפילו הביס פירורי כמעט כמו המקור. המליחות מעודנת, טעם חמאת הבוטנים נפלא, וזה ביס שזוכרים להרבה הרבה זמן ❤️ ימי נשנושים שמחים ומאושרים לכולנו :)     "במבה" מרכיבים: מתאים לבין 70-50 "במבות", תלוי בגודל כוס חמאת בוטנים טבעית כוס ורבע קמח שקדים רבע עד חצי כפית מלח 2 כפות סירופ מייפל חצי כפית אבקת אפייה   אופן הכנה: נחמם תנור לחום של 180 מעלות, מצב טורבו (אפשר גם במצב סטטי) ונרפד תבנית אפייה בנייר אפייה. נשים בקערה את כל המרכיבים היבשים: את קמח השקדים, המלח ואבקת האפייה ונערבב היטב. נוסיף לתערובת היבשה שלנו את חמאת הבוטנים ואת סירופ המייפל ונערבב היטב עד לתערובת אחידה ודביקה מעט ושקל לעבוד איתה. אם התערובת מתפוררת הוסיפו 4-1 כפות חמאת בוטנים. אם התערובת דביקה הוסיפו 4-1 כפות קמח שקדים. נגלגל מתערובת כדור בצק קטן ונכין ממנו "במבה" קטנה, נחזור שוב על הפעולה בכל תערובת הבצק. נסדר את ה"במבות" בתבנית האפייה. נכניס את התבנית לאפייה של 10-8 דקות עד שהם זהובים מעט. נצנן מעט ונחסל אותם מהר.   עוד קצת ממני: אפשר לשמור בקופסה אטומה על השיש למשך 3 ימים. לצערי, אין תחליף לסירופ המייפל ואי אפשר לוותר עליו. אפשר להחליף את קמח השקדים בקמח שיבולת שועל, המרקם יהיה קצת שונה ופחות פירורי. אפשר להשתמש בחמאת בוטנים חלקה או עם שברי בוטנים.
