Kielder Viaduct in Northumberland, England, was built in 1862 to carry the Border Counties Line across marshy land. It was designed by John Furness Tone. Of stone construction it has a length of 119m and seven semi-circular masonry skew arches each with a 12m span. Now closed to rail traffic, the bridge is currently used as a footpath.
