Add sugar/ honey if required. • Wash & de-seed Jamun. Make pulp in blender. • Add rock salt, cumin powder & pinch of chaat masala. • Fill half kulfi mould with jamun pulp & freeze for 6 hours. Once the lower level is set, add mango pulp. Freeze for another 6-7 hours. • While serving sprinkle some rock salt. • Enjoy the sweet & tangy flavour & beat the heat!
