10min · 1 serving INGREDIENTS • Rose syrup - • 1 cup water • 1/4 cup sugar • 1 cup rose petals I used dried • 1 tsp rose water • 1-2 pieces of beetroot • Rose milk - • 1 tbsp rose syrup • 1/2 cup milk • 2 tbsp whipped cream • Optional - • rose syrup ice cubes • Sugar for decoration INSTRUCTIONS • In a small sauce pot add the water, rose petals, sugar, beetroot and boil. Let it reduce for 5-8 mins. • Take it off the heat and add the rose water. • Strain and pour into a glass container. Let it cool and store in the fridge. At this point you can pour it syrup into an ice cube tray and place int he freezer until it forms ice. • To make the rose milk add 1 tbsp of the cooled syrup with 1/2 cup milk and stir well. Top with whipped cream and rose syrup ice cubes. • Serve ch
