This shot was taken during "El Resucitado", the last of the Holy Week processions in Seville in 2009. The Semana Santa Processions are one of the most important traditional events of Seville. The processions are organized by Christian brotherhoods. During the processions the nazarenos are dressed in penitential robes and hoods and usually accompanied by brass bands. That creates a very special atmosphere in the narrow streets of the city. "El Resucitado" (the resurrected) was the last of the 60 processions scheduled for the holy week of easter 2009, Easter Sunday morning.
