Red Cap Cards is based in California and was founded by husband and wife Hal Mertz and Carrie Gifford. They collaborate with talented designers and illustrators giving them a platform to get their work noticed. Current artists include Carolyn Gavin, Kate Pugsley, Becca Stadtlander, Anna Emilia Laitinen, and Dinara Mirtalipova.
