Attention, ceci n'est pas un gâteau aux pommes ordinaire. C'est une tuerie. Vraiment. Je l'ai préparé hier pour notre déjeuner dominical, et rarement un dessert aura autant fait l'unanimité ! Que vous soyez ou non équipé(e) d'un Thermomix, testez-le. Et alors ce sera fini, vous ne regarderez plus les pommes de la même manière. Et vous serez addict. Cette recette est l'une des plus vues du blog. Ce n'est pas sans raison... Ingrédients 100 g de beurre en morceaux 100 g de sucre 3 œufs 100 g de farine 1/2 sachet de levure chimique 4 pommes golden 100 à 150 g de caramel au beurre salé Préparation Préchauffer le four à 175°. Dans le bol du Thermomix, faire fondre le beurre 1 minute, 90°, vitesse 1. Ajouter le sucre, mélanger 10 secondes, vitesse 3. Mettre ensuite les œufs, la farine et la levure. Mélanger 10 secondes, vitesse 3. Racler les parois du bol et programmer encore 5 secondes, vitesse 4. Éplucher les pommes et détailler les quartiers en fines lamelles. Les mettre dans le bol et mélanger 20 secondes, vitesse 1, sens inverse. Au fond d'un moule en silicone, étaler 70 grammes de caramel au beurre salé (recette ici). Verser la pâte puis parsemer la surface de quelques filets de caramel. Enfourner pour 30 minutes. Démouler et proposer du caramel en supplément pour les plus gourmands...
