Today, I share a recipe for Watermelon mint Cooler.Watermelon Mint Cooler is a simple yet delicious drink that's perfect to beat the summer heat. It can be prepared in no time and is totally refreshing. Watermelon is a delicious fruit. It primarily contains water. But besides water, it also contains good amount of vitamins A, B6 and C. It also contains loads of lycopene, antioxidants and amino acids. All this makes it a perfect fruit to be consumed in summer. Also, it is a low calorie fruit. INGREDIENTS: Note: All measurements are based on the US measuring cup and spoon sizes where 1 cup = 235 ml Watermelon (cubed) : 6 cups Mint leaves : 8 to 10 Lime juice : 2 tbsp Sugar / agave nectar : as needed Black Salt / Kala Namak : 1/2 tsp Small water melon scoops for garnish Ice cubes Mint leaves for garnish PROCEDURE: Blend water melon cubes, sugar, mint leaves and black salt. Take a glass, add some ice cubes. Pour the watermelon juice. Serve garnished with small water melon scoops and mint leaves.
