5min · 1 serving Homemade Immersion Blender Mayo Ingredients: • 1 large egg, preferably organic • 1 tsp. lemon juice • 1 tsp. white wine vinegar • 1 tsp. dijon mustard • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt • 1 cup canola oil Directions: • In a tall, wide mouth jar or plastic container add the egg, lemon juice, vinegar, dijon and salt. Then add the canola oil. Let sit for a minute to settle. • Place the immersion blender into the jar so it hits the bottom. Starting on the lower speed turn on and then slowly raise it to the top once the bottom part comes together and is thick. Blend for 10-15 seconds or until everything is thick and creamy. • Store in an airtight jar or container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
