Sałatka syryjska to nic innego jak połączenie pomidorów, ogórków, papryki oraz cebuli w aromatycznym, orzeźwiającym sosie z dodatkiem soku z cytryny oraz mięty i natki pietruszki. Do przygotowania sałatki użyłam pomidorów malinowych, słodkich i mięsistych w smaku. W oryginalnym przepisie w składnikach była zielona papryka, którą zastąpiłam czerwoną. Inspiracja Sałatka syryjska Składniki: 2 pomidory 2 ogórki 1/2 czerwonej papryki 1 niewielka cebula czerwona 1 łyżka soku z cytryny 3 łyżki oliwy 1/2 szklanki posiekanej natki pietruszki 2 - 3 szczypty soli 2 szczypty pieprzu kilka listków mięty Ogórki i pomidory myję, po czym kroję razem ze skórką w dość duże kawałki. Cebulę obieram i siekam w małą kosteczkę. Paprykę myję, oczyszczam z gniazd nasiennych i kroję w kostkę. Do miseczki przekładam warzywa. Dodaję oliwę, sok z cytryny, posiekaną natkę pietruszki, listki mięty. Na koniec doprawiam sałatkę solą i pieprzem. Całość dokładnie mieszam. Wstawiam do lodówki na ok. pół godziny. Smacznego! :)
