Handcrafted in Italy in the late 1960s, this sterling silver lighter in the form of cabbage was created by famed silversmith and jewelry designer Buccellati. The sterling leaves mimic real lettuce leaves with hand-carved veins and wilting and curved top edges. This piece is marked atop the rim of the lighter's chamber.
