An engaging overview of the French and Indian War with two interactive lessons and critical thinking! This bundle provides an introduction to point of view for students. In the classroom version, students review three voices from the past discussing their claim to land in the Ohio River Valley and then discuss who had the most justified claim through their exit tickets. On the second day, students interact with a primary and secondary source analysis stations activity discussing the impact of the war. This bundle also includes a review sheet and two different versions of a critical thinking assessment. The digital version provided the same lessons, however, they've been specifically made for virtual learning. Students click through the slides to examine the evidence. If you teach in New York state, this assessment is geared towards preparing students for the new Regents exam. No prep required, just print! There are 25 pages in all. The lesson is linked to NYS Social Studies Standards, but you could easily cut and paste in your own standards for your state.
