This porcelain teapot was made in 1888 by the Royal Worcester Porcelain, It is in a kettle style with the handle going over the top of the teapot and has a 10-hole oval strainer. It’s a warm cream color with a hint of blush and hand painted flowers, yellow and blue on the front, pink and maroon on the back, orange on the lid, wonderful green and brown leaves and all the details are picked out with very fine gilding. The handle, spout, knob and base have solid gilding. It’s marked with the 1862 factory mark with a “Z” below it for 1888. The teapot is 6¼” tall, 5½” in diameter and 8” spout to handle.
