Preheat oven to 200ºF Use a #2A decorating tip as a guide to trace circles onto parchment paper and then flip the parchment paper upside down onto the baking sheet. With a hand mixer, combine a pinch of salt, water, and meringue powder in a medium mixing bowl until it gets a little foamy. Gradually add vanilla extract and sugar into the mix and keep mixing until firm. Add a few drops of brown food coloring and coco powder and mix on low speed.
