15min · 4 servings Ingredients Dough • 1 cup (200 g) lukewarm water • 1 teaspoon dry yeast • 2 cups (290 g) all purpose flour, plus more for dusting • 2 tablespoons olive oil • Kosher salt Topping • Balsamic glaze, optional • 4 cheeses of choice, I used: • Ricotta cheese • Parmesan cheese • Low-moisture mozzarella cheese • Blue cheese Hot Honey • 6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced • 3-4 Serrano or jalapeño peppers, thinly sliced • 8-10 red Thai chiles, thinly sliced • 2/3 cup honey, warmed 30 seconds in a microwave or 1 minute in a saucepan, over the stove Instructions • 1. For the hot honey, combine the peppers, garlic, and honey in a bowl or jar. Mix and set aside. • 2. Combine the yeast, water, and oil. Add the flour, and a big pinch of salt on top. Mix the dou
