For the exercises to give results, you will need to concentrate, and not soar your thoughts in the clouds, as we often do while running🙂 For a real improvement in the running technique, each exercise needs to be done by fully concentrating on it and giving it a sufficiently long time☝🏻Do not wait for magical improvements right away: to change the motor stereotypes that underlie the usual technique, to develop a new skill of movements and bring it to automatism is not so simple and takes time ✅
